There is a separate bedroom upstairs, a mezzanine with two single beds, and two additional sleeping spaces in the living room.

The property is a 10-minute walk from the centre of Le Grau d’Agde along the seafront 🏖️

Check-in is possible on the day of your choice, subject to availability.

The property

A flat on the 2nd floor (no lift), at the end of a corridor, meaning that no one passes the flat’s door except you... peace and quiet guaranteed..., a bright, air-conditioned flat.

A brand-new bathroom with a 140×90 cm shower and vanity unit.

A bedroom on the upper level of the duplex with a large 160 double bed, including storage and a wardrobe

A mezzanine with two 80-cm single beds.

In the sitting area, two 80-cm-wide pull-out beds (Ikea style) with comfortable mattresses, which fold away to save space.

A leather sofa, television

Appliances: washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, two-ring induction hob.

An electric griddle is also available. Toaster, Dolce Gusto.

Deckchairs, a parasol and beach chairs are available in the large cupboard.

Tourist guides are available in the drawers, as well as board games such as ‘Scrabble, Uno, 1000 Bornes, card games and Las Vegas’

The shops in Le Grau d’Agde (pharmacy, bakery, bars, restaurants, mini-market, butcher’s, etc.) are open all year round.

As the flat is situated in a quiet residential area, it is essential that you adhere strictly to the house rules for the comfort of everyone.

Other notes

Please ensure you clean the accommodation before you leave (bathroom, kitchen, toilet, vacuuming and washing up, and ensure there is no food left in the fridge, oven, and of course the bins must be emptied 😉). Please note that cleaning is not included in the service; you will be asked to provide a cleaning deposit of 70 euros on arrival, which will be returned to you on departure.
